The foundation of H.M. Cotsyn was laid by Mr. Hira Lal Jain, a visionary who believed in innovation and quality. Starting in 1966 with the manufacturing of men’s undergarments under the Hira Moti brand, Mr. Jain quickly identified the growing demand for knitted fabrics and transformed the factory with a few indigenous circular knitting machines. His relentless pursuit of growth and quality, supported by the latest computerized machinery, has been a cornerstone of our success.

Mr. Oswal oversees our knitting division, ensuring our commitment to quality and innovation. His leadership has not only preserved the legacy of H.M. Cotsyn but also propelled the company into new heights. With an aggressive approach and a master’s in management, Mr. Chirag is dedicated to elevating the family business to new heights. His interest in the fashion sector has led to the establishment of new brands, and he now oversees our garment division, integrating theoretical knowledge with practical business strategies to drive our future growth.
